In 1998, 17 years as the second call center in Okinawa. The company which was initially launched at the beginning also now has about 900 people.

April 1998 Established CSK Call Center Okinawa Co., Ltd. in Kume, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture
Moved to Northern uchawa (current address) in Naha City with the expansion of business in January 1999
November 2000 Company name changed to CSK Communications Inc.
July 2009 Company name change to CSK Service Ware Co., Ltd. at group organization reorganization (organization reorganization of BPO group)
March 2010 Expansion of business area to Konkawa square building due to business expansion
November 2011 Sumisho Computer Systems Corporation merged with CSK Corporation (changed its name to SCSK Corporation)
October 2015 Company name changed to SCSK Service Ware Co., Ltd.
