Company Profile

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd., we provide services to support companies, primarily the Daihatsu Group, including IT, automotive development support, automotive accessory development and design, wholesale of auxiliary materials and sales promotion goods, temporary staffing, facility management, cleaning, security, insurance and welfare, and various shared services (human resources, payroll, etc.).
Our IT and engineering businesses are operated from two bases in Osaka and Okinawa. We contribute to the Daihatsu Group by sharing information and collaborating in real time using web conferencing and chat.

[IT Business]
We provide a wide range of support for the Daihatsu Group's systems, from upstream requirements definition to design and development.
■System Development
Examples: Time attendance, approval, e-learning, vehicle development support, BI utilization, etc.
■Infrastructure Construction and Operation
Examples: CAE servers, virtualized servers, AD, file servers, M365, network construction and operation, etc.
We will obtain DX certification in November 2025 and are currently taking on new digital challenges such as generative AI.
We aim to provide IT that will advance the digitalization of the Daihatsu Group.

[Engineering Business]
■Vehicle Development
We play a part in the development of Daihatsu Motor's vehicles and accessories. We use CATIA for development.
Examples: Exterior design parts such as bumpers, electrical accessories such as navigation systems, etc.
■Performance Analysis
We evaluate from both real and virtual perspectives to improve QCD.
Examples: CAE analysis of component strength, etc./Conformity assessment for clean engine development
■Digital Engineering
We aim to improve productivity by promoting DX using cutting-edge digital technology.
Example: Digital assembly...assembly and appearance are evaluated using CAD data for an entire vehicle.
We have also begun using AI.

Main Achievements・History・Group Companies

March 1961: Kyushu Daihatsu Motors Co., Ltd. was established.
January 2011: Daihatsu Lifenet Co., Ltd. and Kansai Building Services Co., Ltd. merged to form Business Support Center Co., Ltd.
May 2014: Business Support Center Co., Ltd. and Daihatsu Techner Co., Ltd. merged to form Daihatsu Business Support Center Co., Ltd.
October 2015: Okinawa Development Center opened.
April 2016: IT business and call center business launched.
May 2018: Next-generation certification mark (Kurumin) obtained.
January 2019: Head office relocated to Masumi-cho, Ikeda City, and Daihatsu no Mori Nursery School opened.
March 2021: 60th anniversary of company founding: First certified Health and Productivity Management Organization (certification ongoing)
May 2024: 10th anniversary of the establishment of Daihatsu Business Support Center Co., Ltd.
November 2025: DX certification obtained
